This is NOT a covered umbrella, i cut the plastic panels off and made my own duct tape ones. This look a little over 7 Hours to make and about 3 rolls of duct tape. Free handed border and rain drops.

Rue 21 had a sale this past weekend tape at $1.99 then 50% off that! I got all of their sale tape ^_^

NEW TAPES
Rue 21 has come out with their own brand of duct tape! the left stack is Rue 21 brand and is $3.99 a roll and the right stack is some of the new Scotch brand (forgot the price :P ) I haven't been able to do much with the R21 tape but as soon as i do ill keep you updated on what can be done with it,all i know is its think and sticky like Platypus Brand Duct Tape!
